Confidence – Fake it ’til you make it!

So today’s post is about Confidence. I saw this quote yesterday and I really liked it ….
It’s by Marcus Garvey, a Jamaican publisher, journalist, entrepreneur and orator….

“If you have no confidence in self, you are defeated in the race of life. With confidence, you have won even before you have started.”

Isn’t that cool?!? Sure, but not so easy.
My theory is fake it until you make it. It’s easier said than done, I realize, but if we make a practice of believing in oneself, after a while we might really believe.
It’s worth a try at least.
What would you attempt if you knew you would not fail?

I would open a bridal store. Corny but true.

Write daily, set a deadline for my novel. “Racing through life” you might miss some opportunities to gain confidence.
